We currently provide shipping to valid addresses in the United States and Canada. If your location is not available for selection during checkout, we regret that we are unable to deliver to your region at this time.
Order Processing Timeline
After your payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Windows
For standard shipping within the United States, you can expect delivery within approximately 5–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
For shipments to Canada, standard delivery typically takes around 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only—actual delivery may be affected by carrier-related delays,

Preferred Shipping Carriers
- U.S. Deliveries: We primarily use USPS for shipments within the United States.
- Canadian Deliveries: Shipments to Canada are mainly handled by Canada Post.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking details in their system.
Assisting with Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps first:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (if applicable) to see if the package was received on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for further inquiries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivering carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, and the recipient will be responsible for paying them upon delivery (if applicable). Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot anticipate their exact amount in advance.
