To be eligible for a return, plush toys and collectible figures must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
Plush toys must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of handling
Collectible figures must be unopened, with all factory seals intact (if applicable)
All items must be returned with original tags, certificates, accessories, manuals, and retail packaging, including inner trays and protective materials
Items must not show signs of display, assembly, modification, or damage
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Opened or unsealed collectible figures
Plush toys that have been used, washed, or removed from their original tags
Items returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging
Due to the collectible and hygiene-sensitive nature of plush toys and collectible figures, we do not offer direct exchanges for changes in model, character, color, or style.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order and submit a return request for the original item (if eligible) in accordance with this Return Policy.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Subject to availability, we will either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost; or
Issue a full refund without requiring a new order.
Our Error:
If the return is due to our mistake (such as a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Change of Mind:
If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you no longer want the item), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
